摘要
探究饮食护理干预在乳腺癌化疗患者营养状况的应用效果。方法 本文选择 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间收治的乳腺癌化疗患者 84 例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予饮食护理干预。对比两组患者接受不同护理方式后营养状况相关数据。结果 研究组患者营养状况相比于对照组得到明显改善(p<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌化疗患者接受饮食护理后能够有效改善身体营养状况,具有较高临床推广价值。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of diet nursing intervention on nutritional status of breast cancerpatients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 84 patients with breast cancer treated with chemotherapy fromFebruary 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to randomnumber table. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given diet nursingintervention on the basis of the control group. Compare the nutritional status of the two groups of patients afterreceiving different nursing methods. Results compared with the control group, the nutritional status of the patientsin the study group was significantly improved (p<0.05). Conclusion Dietary nursing can effectively improve thenutritional status of patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy, which is of high clinical value.
