| 摘要 |
探析优质护理管理应用于儿科医院感染控制中的效果及感染发生率影响。方法 选取2021 年 6 月~2022 年 6 月我院收治的 86 例小儿患者，随机分为两组，对照组 43 例实施常规护理管理，观察组 43 例实施优质护理管理，对比两组的感染发生率、护理质量、护理管理满意度以及感染防控认知程度。结果 观察组的感染发生率 4.65%低于对照组 39.53%，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理管理后，观察组的护理质量评分与感染防控认知评分高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的护理管理满意度97.67%高于对照组 65.12%，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在儿科医院感染控制中实施优质护理管理可以提高护理管理满意度，加深对感染防控认知程度，控制感染情况的发生，提升护理质量水平，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing management applied in pediatrichospital infection control and the impact of infection rate. Methods 86 children patients admitted to our hospitalfrom June 2021 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (43 cases) received routinenursing management, and the observation group (43 cases) received high-quality nursing management. Theinfection rate, nursing quality, satisfaction with nursing management, and awareness of infection prevention andcontrol were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of infection in the observation group was4.65% lower than that in the control group (39.53%, P<0.05); After nursing management, the scores of nursingquality and infection prevention and control cognition in the observation group were higher than those in thecontrol group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); The satisfaction of nursing management in the observationgroup was 97.67% higher than that in the control group (65.12%, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation ofhigh-quality nursing management in pediatric hospital infection control can improve the satisfaction of nursingmanagement, deepen the awareness of infection prevention and control, control the occurrence of infection, andimprove the level of nursing quality, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
