Objective To observe the role of individualized nursing intervention in the process of nursingcare for patients with digestive endoscopy. Methods According to the way of case comparison nursing observation,70 patients were selected and carried out from March 2021 to May 2022. According to the principle of double blindmethod, they were divided into the control group (35 cases, regular nursing during diagnosis and treatment) and theobservation group (35 cases, personalized nursing), and the differences between nursing effects were analyzed.Results The cooperation degree of the two groups during diagnosis and treatment was higher in the observationgroup than in the control group (P<0.05). Analysis of the psychological status during diagnosis and treatmentshowed that there was no difference between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, theobservation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Compared the nursing satisfaction and comfort of thetwo groups, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process ofproviding nursing services for patients with digestive endoscopy, timely personalized nursing can improve thepsychological status of patients during diagnosis and treatment, enhance the cooperation of patients with diagnosisand treatment, and effectively increase the comfort of patients and enhance their satisfaction with nursing work.
