Objective To clarify the applicability of standardized pain nursing management in patients with fractures during the perioperative period. Methods A total of 60 fracture patients were randomly divided into 2 groups (30 patients in the control group only received routine nursing management in the perioperative period; 30 patients in the observation group received standardized pain nursing management on this basis), and then the data between the groups was compared. Results The nursing effect of the observation group was more accurate, especially in the postoperative pain relief, the reduction in the incidence of complications, and the improvement of nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion After fracture disease occurs, patients will be accompanied by relatively strong limb pain, limited activities and other symptoms. In addition, surgery is a kind of traumatic operation, which aggravates their physical and mental pain. Therefore, pain nursing management should be carried out in the perioperative period. Improve the aspects to make it more standardized, rigorous and diversified.
