| 摘要 |
分析在对医疗护理员进行规范化培训的过程中按照 ISD 模型开展培训工作的作用。方法结合对比观察的方式开展评估，纳入本院医疗护理员 30 名，开展时间为 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 4 月，按照盲选分组的原则均分为对照组（15 例，常规方式进行培训）和观察组（15 例，基于 ISD 模型培训），分析培训效果。结果 结合对两组医疗护理员理论知识考核以及操作实践能力考核，观察组均高于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组培训评价，观察组各维度评价同样高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对医疗护理员进行规范化培训的过程中按照 ISD 模型开展对应培训工作，可以有效提升该方面培训工作质量，帮助医疗护理员更好地掌握各方面护理技能。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the role of training medical nurses according to ISD model in the processof standardized training. Methods The evaluation was carried out in combination with comparative observation.Thirty medical nurses in our hospital were included in the evaluation. The evaluation was carried out fromFebruary 2021 to April 2022. According to the principle of blind grouping, they were divided into control group (15cases, training in conventional way) and observation group (15 cases, training based on ISD model). The trainingeffect was analyzed. Results Combined with the examination of the theoretical knowledge and practical ability ofmedical nurses in the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). By comparingthe training evaluation of the two groups, the evaluation of each dimension of the observation group was alsohigher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion In the process of standardized training for medical nurses,corresponding training according to the ISD model can effectively improve the quality of training in this area andhelp medical nurses better master all aspects of nursing skills.
