| 摘要 |
探讨舒适护理在重症胰腺炎患者胃肠减压期间的效果。方法 将我院 2021 年 3 月-2022年 1 月 80 例重症胰腺炎患者，均进行胃肠减压，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施舒适护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑 SAS 评分和抑郁 SDS 评分、舒适度、APACHEII 评分、满意度、治疗依从性。结果 实验组焦虑 SAS 评分和抑郁 SDS 评分低于对照组、舒适度高于对照组，APACHEII 评分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，治疗依从性高于对照组， P＜0.05。结论 重症胰腺炎患者实施舒适护理效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in patients with severe pancreatitis duringgastrointestinal decompression. Methods 80 patients with severe pancreatitis in our hospital from March 2021 toJanuary 2022 were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind gastrointestinal decompression. The controlgroup was given routine care, while the experimental group was given comfort care. The SAS score of anxiety andSDS score of depression, comfort, APACHEII score, satisfaction and treatment compliance were comparedbetween the two groups before and after nursing. Results The SAS score of anxiety and SDS score of depression inthe experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the comfort level was higher, APACHEII scorewas lower, the satisfaction was higher, and the treatment compliance was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing is effective for patients with severe pancreatitis.
