| 摘要 |
探究布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿急性喉炎期间配合优质护理干预的临床效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院收治的小儿急性喉炎行布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗患者 64 例，将其按照随机分组法的分为对照组（32 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（32 例，使用优质护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用优质护理后，其症状消失时间、不良反应发生率、患者依从性均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿急性喉炎患者护理过程中，采用优质护理配合布地奈德雾化吸入能取得较佳的效果，可加快其症状消失时间，减少不良反应的出现，提高其依从性。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect and use value of high-quality nursing intervention duringthe auxiliary treatment of acute laryngitis in children with budesonide aerosol inhalation. Methods 64 cases ofchildren with acute laryngitis treated by budesonide aerosol inhalation in our hospital were randomly divided intocontrol group (32 cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (32 cases, using high-quality nursing). Thenursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The two groups of patients have achieved certain resultsafter receiving nursing care, but the observation group has better symptom disappearance time, adverse reactionrate and patient compliance than the control group after using high-quality nursing care, and the difference isstatistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of children with acute laryngitis, high-qualitynursing combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation can achieve better results, accelerate the disappearance ofsymptoms, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve their compliance.
