| 摘要 |
分析对膝骨性关节炎实施综合护理的临床护理价值。方法 筛选山东省单县中心医院 2020年 5 月至 2021 年 5 月 128 例膝骨性关节炎住院患者参与研究，所有患者随机分组，64 例为一组，分为观察组（综合护理）和对照组（常规护理），对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 实施综合护理的观察组 VAS 评分明显低于对照组，症状好转与出院所需时间更短，且生活质量提升较大，患者满意度（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理有效提升了膝骨性关节炎患者的生活质量水平，使疼痛有所缓解，缩短了症状好转与出院时间，满意度较高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing value of comprehensive nursing for knee osteoarthritis.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021, 128 inpatients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected toparticipate in the study. All patients were randomly divided into one group, 64 patients were divided into theobservation group (comprehensive nursing) and the control group (routine nursing). The nursing effects of the twogroups were compared. Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of thecontrol group, the time needed for symptom improvement and discharge was shorter, and the quality of life wasgreatly improved, and the patient satisfaction was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing effectivelyimproves the quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis, alleviates pain, shortens symptom improvement anddischarge time, and has high satisfaction.
