妇科恶性肿瘤术后膀胱功能训练循证护理实践与效果观察

| 摘要 |
分析循证护理用于妇科恶性肿瘤术后膀胱功能训练的价值。方法 对 2020 年 10 月-2022年 9 月本院接诊妇科恶性肿瘤病人（n=64）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 32 人，前者膀胱功能训练期间用循证护理，后者行常规护理。对比并发症等指标。结果 关于残余尿量，试验组数据（55.92±7.14）ml，和对照组数据（86.93±12.56）ml 相比更少（P＜0.05）。关于恢复自主排尿时间和住院时间，试验组数据比对照组短（P＜0.05）。关于并发症，试验组发生率 3.13%，和对照组数据 21.88%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 96.87%，和对照组数据 78.12%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 妇科恶性肿瘤术后膀胱功能训练用循证护理，并发症发生率更低，恢复自主排尿时间更短，残余尿量更少，病情恢复更快，满意度改善也更加明显。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing for bladder function training aftergynecological malignant tumor surgery. Methods A total of 64 patients (n=64) with gynecological malignanttumors admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into theexperimental group and the control group, with 32 patients in each group. The former received evidence-basednursing during bladder function training, while the latter received routine nursing. Complications and otherindicators were compared. Results The residual urine volume in the experimental group was (55.92±7.14) ml,which was lower than that in the control group (86.93±12.56) ml (P < 0.05). The recovery time of voluntaryurination and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Theincidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.13%, which was lower than that in the control group(21.88%) (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.87%, which was higher than that of thecontrol group (78.12%, P < 0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing for bladder function training aftergynecological malignant tumor surgery has lower incidence of complications, shorter time to recover spontaneousurination, less residual urine volume, faster recovery of the condition, and more obvious improvement ofsatisfaction.
