耳穴贴压对老年患者失眠的护理分析

| 摘要 |
针对老年群体出现的失眠症状，分析耳穴贴压的应用效果。方法 本项研究于 2021 年 6月正式启动，截止时间是 2022 年 6 月。选用此时间段到笔者医院接受诊治的老年失眠患者 90 例为研究对象，并根据随机数字表法分为对照组（n=45，常规护理）和研究组（n=45，耳穴贴压护理）。对比观察两组护理结局差异。结果 两组干预模式应用下，研究组患者经干预后总有效率显著优于对照组，用（P＜0.05）代表组间差异明显，具有研究性。结论 老年患者易受疾病、心理、环境等因素影响存在失眠情况，采取耳穴贴压能够获得良好的干预效果，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of auricular point sticking and pressing for theinsomnia symptoms of the elderly. Methods This study was officially launched in June 2021, and the deadline wasJune 2022. 90 elderly patients with insomnia who were treated in our hospital during this period were selected asthe research objects, and were divided into the control group (n=45, routine nursing) and the research group (n=45,auricular point sticking nursing) according to the random number table method. Observe the difference of nursingoutcomes between the two groups. Results Under the application of the intervention mode in the two groups, thetotal effective rate of the patients in the study group after intervention was significantly better than that in thecontrol group, with (P < 0.05) representing the significant difference between the two groups, which is of researchsignificance. Conclusion Senile patients are easily affected by diseases, psychology, environment and other factorsand suffer from insomnia. Auricular point sticking can achieve good intervention effect, which is worthpopularizing.
