objective to explore the correlation and clinical value of combined detection of parathyroidhormone, urea nitrogen and creatinine in the early diagnosis of renal failure. Methods 120 patients with early renalfailure treated in our hospital from May 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the experimental group. according tothe stage of the disease, the patients were divided into three groups: compensatory group (n = 29), azotemia group(n = 41) and uremia group (n = 50). 120 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospitalduring the same period were selected as the control group. The examination results of the two groups and the levelcharacteristics of various indexes in each subgroup of the experimental group were compared. Results the levels ofparathyroid hormone, urea nitrogen and creatinine in the experimental group were significantly higher than those inthe control group (P < 0.05), and the levels of parathyroid hormone, urea nitrogen and creatinine in theexperimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of variousindexes in compensatory group, azotemia group and uremia group showed an increasing trend (P < 0.05).Conclusion the combined detection of parathyroid hormone, urea nitrogen and creatinine in the early diagnosis ofrenal failure is of practical significance, which can be used to assist the early clinical diagnosis of the disease andhelp to analyze the degree of disease development. to provide scientific and effective reference for clinicaltreatment.
