Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on patients operationsituation during clinical heart valve replacement. Methods A total of 60 patients in the two groups who underwentheart valve replacement in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were randomly selected for this study.Patients in the study group received high quality nursing, while patients in the reference group received routinenursing, with 30 cases in both groups. Treatment-related indicators, SAS, SDS scores, complications and nursingsatisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared. Results ① There was no significant difference in SASand SDS scores between the two groups before nursing, and the comparison result was P > 0.05. After nursing, themean values of each group were compared, and the study group had the advantage (P < 0.05). ② The ventilatortime, ICU monitoring time and hospital stay time of patients in the operation period were shorter in the two groupsthan in the study group, and the differences were significant (P < 0.05). ③ Nursing satisfaction was higher in thestudy group than in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusions The application of high quality nursingintervention during heart valve replacement can significantly improve the quality of nursing in the operating room,patients negative emotions are significantly improved, and perioperative clinical indicators are improved, which isconducive to the treatment effect, shorten the length of hospital stay, and achieve patient satisfaction andrecognition, which is worthy of recommendation and wide application.
