Objective to investigate the application of CT in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer. Methods: fifty-seven patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer were selected from April 1,2020 to March 31,2022. During this period, 57 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer were treated in our hospital, and 57 patients with only pulmonary tuberculosis were included as study participants. The former was the Observation Group and the latter was the control group. All patients underwent CT examination. Statistical results of the two groups of patients, and the data obtained from a systematic analysis and comparison. Result compared with the control group, the observation group detected more cases of various characteristics, a higher proportion, can show a clear difference between the two diseases. Conclusion according to the CT findings, the imaging features of simple pulmonary tuberculosis are obviously different from those of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer. However, CT examination can clearly show the specific condition of the patients lesion and provide important assistance for the follow-up diagnosis and treatment of the physician. It is a reliable examination method that integrates accuracy and safety, and should be widely recommended.
