| 摘要 |
小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘是一种会反复出现咳嗽症状的疾病，与呼吸道感染、支气管炎等疾病具有相似之处。以往都是通过西药治疗，虽然疗效良好，但安全性欠佳，近些年中医治疗的优势逐渐突显，本文就围绕中医病机、治疗方法的最新研究进展做综述，以便给患儿临床有效治疗提供新的思路。

| Abstract |
Childrens cough variant asthma is a kind of recurrent cough symptoms of disease, with respiratory tract infection, bronchitis and other diseases have similarities. Although the efficacy is good, the safety is not good. In recent years, the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine are gradually highlighted. This article reviews the latest research progress on the pathogenesis and treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to provide new ideas for the effective clinical treatment of children.
