Objective To discuss the value of carrying out progressive nursing in patients with brain trauma after operation. Methods 64 patients with brain trauma in the hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were included in the study. After random numbering, they were randomly selected into the control group (nursing work was carried out in the conventional mode) and the observation group (nursing work was carried out in the progressive mode) according to the method of computer random selection. The quality of life status scores of the two groups were observed and compared, and the NIHSS scores and daily activity ability scores before and after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The relevant data information of the two groups was input into the statistical system for processing. There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing P>0.05, and there was no significant difference between the two groups after nursing P<0.05. The overall quality of life status, NIHSS score, daily activity ability score and other data information of the observation group were significantly superior to the control group. Conclusion Progressive nursing in patients with brain trauma after operation can have a positive impact on the quality of life and the ability of daily life of patients, and can also reduce the degree of nerve defect of patients.
