| 摘要 |
分析腹腔镜下胃癌根治术患者在手术治疗过程中开展针对性手术室护理干预的作用。方法 按照对比护理评估的方式开展探究，共计纳入患者 60 例，开展时间为 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 6 月，按照双盲法均分为对照组（30 例，进行常规护理）和观察组（30 例，进行针对性护理干预）。分析干预效果。结果 结合对两组术中出血量、手术时间以及住院时间对比，观察组均优于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组恢复期间护理满意度，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对腹腔镜下胃癌根治术患者进行护理的过程中将手术室护理干预进行运用可以加快患者恢复速度，缩短患者住院时间并提升患者护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the role of targeted nursing intervention in operating room for patientsundergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. Methods According to the way of comparative nursing evaluation,60 patients were included in the study, which was carried out from February 2021 to June 2022. According to thedouble blind method, they were divided into the control group (30 cases, routine nursing) and the observation group(30 cases, targeted nursing intervention). Analyze the effect of intervention. Results Compared with the controlgroup, the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time and hospital stay (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that ofthe control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of nursing care for patients undergoing laparoscopic radicalgastrectomy, the application of nursing intervention in the operating room can speed up the recovery of patients,shorten the hospitalization time of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing care.
