Objective To analyze and investigate the emergency response capacity of medical personnelduring the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods From January 2021 to January 2022, 78 medical workers were selectedby random sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey. The scores of medical staffs emergency response abilityduring the COVID-19 epidemic and the single factor analysis of the impact on medical staffs emergency responseability were analyzed. Results During the epidemic period of COVID-19, the average score of emergency responseability of all medical workers was (131.23+19.45). The main factors affecting the emergency response ability ofmedical workers were their age, working years, professional title, post category, department, education level,etc.Conclusion During the epidemic of COVID-19, in order to further improve the emergency response ability ofmedical workers, during the training and assessment of medical workers, it is necessary to carry out training onprevention ability, preparedness ability, emergency response ability, etc. for medical workers of different ages,working years, professional titles, post categories, departments, and education levels, so as to effectively improvethe emergency response ability of all medical workers in special situations during special periods.
