护理营养指导对慢性肾小球肾炎患者营养指标水平的影响分析

| 摘要 |
观察慢性肾小球肾炎患者营养情况，分析护理营养指导对于患者营养水平改善的效果，讨论护理营养指导应用价值。方法 选取 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 6 月内收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者 82 例，编号 1-82 号，随机分组为对照组与实验组，各 41 例，其中对照组采取常规护理干预，实验组在常规护理基础上给予患者个体化的护理营养指导，对比患者营养状况、健康知晓情况、以及护理满意度。结果 在不同护理方式实施之后，实验组患者健康知晓情况更高、营养状况对比更好、护理满意度对比更高，差异对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床护理，通过个体化的护理营养指导进行干预能够有效改善患者营养状况，从而提高患者机体免疫力，对于改善患者预后，促进疾病康复有重要意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the nutrition situation of chronic glomerulonephritis patients, analyze theeffect of nursing nutrition guidance, and discuss the application value of nursing nutrition guidance.Methodselected in January 2021-2022 in June of chronic glomerulonephritis patients 82 cases, number 1-82, randomizedfor control group and experimental group, 41 cases, including control group take routine nursing intervention,experimental group based on routine nursing patients individualized nursing nutrition guidance, compare patientswith nutrition status, health awareness, and nursing satisfaction. Results After the implementation of differentnursing methods, the patients in the experimental group had higher health awareness ratio, better nutrition statusratio, higher nursing satisfaction ratio, and greater statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion For the clinicalcare of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, the intervention through individualized nursing nutrition guidancecan effectively improve the patients body immunity, which is of great significance to improve the patient prognosisand promote the disease rehabilitation.
