Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative nursing for patients with thoracoscopic esophageal cancer. Methods in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 to receive esophageal cancer patients in 40 cases randomly selected nursing research, through the computer random selection method of 40 patients into two groups of nursing research, group type including observation group and control group, each group of 20 patients, group patients are thoracoscopic surgery, control group patients during treatment for routine care, observation group patients using accelerated rehabilitation surgery mode, compare the clinical effect of different nursing programs. Results In the observation group, health knowledge and care compliance were significantly improved compared with the control group, postoperative implantation time was significantly shortened, fewer complications were observed, cancer pain was significantly reduced compared with the control group, and the final patient time was shorter (P <0.05). Conclusion The accelerated rehabilitation surgery mode during the nursing management of esophageal cancer patients can improve their awareness, physical and mental comfort and compliance, promote the postoperative physical recovery efficiency, and improve their quality of life.
