| 摘要 |
探讨优质急诊急救护理在这次病例中产生的效果。方法 选择我院 2020 年 2 月到 2021年 2 月接收的急诊严重创伤患者，一共有六十例，将其按照随机数表方式分组，30 例实施常规护理，设定为对照组，30 例实施优质急诊急救护理，设定为观察组，分析两种护理方法效果差异。结果 观察组护理后优势更加明显，（P<0.05）。结论 优质急诊急救护理在急诊严重创伤患者中能够提高急救效果，保证患者生命安全，同时还能获得满意护理评价，值得临床重视并采纳。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality emergency care in this case. Methods Sixtyemergency patients with severe trauma received from February 2020 to February 2021 in our hospital were selected.They were grouped according to the random number table. Thirty patients received routine nursing care, which wasset as the control group, and 30 patients received high-quality emergency first aid nursing care, which was set asthe observation group. The differences between the effects of the two nursing methods were analyzed. Results Theobservation group had more obvious advantages after nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality emergencyfirst-aid nursing can improve the effect of emergency treatment for patients with severe trauma, ensure their lifesafety, and obtain satisfactory nursing evaluation, which is worthy of clinical attention and adoption.
