| 摘要 |
探究护理干预在腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者中的应用效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院行腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者 100 例，将其按照随机分组法分为对照组（50 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（50 例，使用综合护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用综合护理后，其手术指标、生活质量评分、并发症发生率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者护理中，采用综合护理能取得较佳的效果，可改善其手术指标，提升其生活质量，减少并发症的出现。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect and value of nursing intervention in patients withadhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery. Methods 100 patients with adhesive intestinal obstructionafter abdominal surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (50 cases, usingroutine nursing) and the observation group (50 cases, using comprehensive nursing). The nursing effects of the twogroups were analyzed. Results The two groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, butthe observation group was superior to the control group in terms of surgical indicators, quality of life scores, andthe incidence of complications after using comprehensive nursing care, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominalsurgery, comprehensive nursing can achieve better results, improve their surgical indicators, improve their qualityof life, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
