| 摘要 |
分析人性化护理在心血管介入护理中的应用效果。方法 选择我院于 2020.11-2021.10 月，1 年内接受心血管介入护理患者的 152 例，将所有患者随机分组为对照组（76 例，采用常规方法护理）和观察组（76 例，实施人性化护理干预）。结果 观察组并发症发生率、临床症状消失时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组，观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对心血管疾病患者实施人性化护理干预可取得明显更佳的效果，可显著减少并发症发生，快速改善临床症状，缩短住院时间，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic nursing in cardiovascular interventionnursing. Methods 152 patients who received cardiovascular intervention nursing in our hospital from January2020.11 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group （76 patients, with conventional nursing） andobservation group （76 patients, with humanistic nursing intervention）. Results The incidence of complications,the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms, and the length of hospital stay in the observation group weresignificantly lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group wassignificantly higher than that in the control group, with significant differences （P<0.05）. Conclusion Humanizednursing intervention for patients with cardiovascular disease can achieve significantly better results, significantlyreduce the occurrence of complications, rapidly improve clinical symptoms, shorten the length of hospital stay, andhas higher application value.
