| 摘要 |
分析急性闭角型青光眼（AACG）患者实施个体化护理干预的效果。方法 选取 2020 年10 月至 2021 年 11 月收治的 AACG 患者 120 例，随机分为观察组和对照组各 60 例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施个体化护理，对比效果。结果 观察组视力、生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组眼压、前房深度、不良情绪评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 个体化护理干预可有效改善AACG 视力，降低眼压，改善不良情绪。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention on patients with acuteangle closure glaucoma (AACG). Methods 120 patients with AACG admitted from October 2020 to November2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 patients in each group. Thecontrol group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given individualized nursing care tocompare the effects. Results The scores of vision and quality of life in the observation group were higher thanthose in the control group (P<0.05); The intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth, adverse emotion score andcomplication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionIndividualized nursing intervention can effectively improve the vision of AACG, reduce intraocular pressure andimprove bad mood.
