| 摘要 |
分析精准护理用于妊娠期高血压的价值。方法 对 2019 年 1 月-2021 年 9 月本科接诊妊娠期高血压病人（n=96）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 48 人，前者采取精准护理，后者行常规护理。对比SDS 评分等指标。结果 关于SDS 和 SAS 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据分别是（30.48±4.25）分、（32.93±4.76）分，和对照组数据（44.59±5.27）分、（45.31±5.86）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于不良妊娠结局：试验组发生率 4.17%，和对照组数据 16.67%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于 sf-36 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据（87.13±3.62）分，和对照组数据（80.53±4.07）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 妊娠期高血压用精准护理，不良妊娠结局发生率更低，负性情绪缓解更为迅速，生活质量改善更加明显。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of precision care for hypertension in pregnancy. MethodsPregnant hypertensive patients (n=96) from January 2019 to September 2021 were randomized, with 48 peopleeach in the control group, while the former took precision care and the latter did routine care. Contrast the SDSscore and other indicators. Results For SDS and SAS scores, at the end of the intervention: (30.48 ± 4.25), (32.93 ±4.76) scores, and control data (44.59 ± 5.27), (45.31 ± 5.86) scores, respectively (P <0.05). Regarding adversepregnancy outcomes: 4.17% in the trial group was lower than 16.67% (P <0.05). Regarding the sf-36 score, at theend of the intervention, the trial group data (87.13 ± 3.62) score was higher than the control group data (80.53 ±4.07) score (P <0.05). Conclusion Precision care during pregnancy with hypertension has a lower incidence ofnegative pregnancy outcomes, faster relief of negative mood, and more obvious improvement of quality of life.
