| 摘要 |
分析心理护理在重症 ICU 病房护理中的价值。方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 1 月重症 ICU 病房收治的患者 190 例，随机分为观察组和对照组各 95 例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组给予心理护理，对比效果。结果 观察组心理状态评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 重症 ICU 病房护理中通过采取心理护理可有效改善患者的负面心理状态，改善睡眠。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of psychological nursing in ICU. Methods 190 patients admittedto ICU from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 95 patients in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was givenpsychological care. The effects were compared. Results The scores of psychological state and sleep quality in theobservation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The score of quality of life in theobservation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing caneffectively improve the negative psychological state and sleep of patients in ICU.
