Objective To analyze the influence of cognitive psychological nursing on patients with acutedepression after stroke. Methods 70 patients with acute stroke depression received from 2021 to 2022 wereselected as the research object, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to thecomputer blind selection method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group received general nursing, whilethe observation group received cognitive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. Analyze thedifference between the two kinds of nursing effects. Results The SAS score and SDS score in the observationgroup after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group, the CNS score in the observation groupafter nursing was significantly lower than those in the control group, and the MMSE score was significantly higherthan those in the control group. The quality of life in the observation group after nursing was significantly betterthan that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive psychological nursing has a great impact on patientswith acute depression after stroke. It can improve their psychological status, cognitive and neurological functions,and improve their living standards. It is worthy of clinical attention and adoption.
