| 摘要 |
分析风湿免疫患者采取个性化护理后对疼痛产生的影响。方法 选择我院 2020 年 1 月到2021 年 1 月接收的 60 例风湿免疫患者为研究对象对象，将研究对象按照随机数表方式分组，分为对照组和观察组，分别 30 例。对照组采取普通护理，观察组采取个性化护理。分析两组护理效果差异。结果 观察组护理后 3 天，护理后 7 天 VAS 评分明显降低于对照组，（P<0.05）。观察组护理后 QOL 评分明显增高于对照组，（P<0.05）。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 个性化护理应用于风湿免疫患者护理中能够改善疼痛感，提高生活水平，同时还能获得患者护理满意评价，值得临床重视并采纳。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing on pain in patients with rheumaticimmunity. Methods 60 patients with rheumatic immunity received in our hospital from January 2020 to January2021 were selected as the study objects. The study objects were divided into control group and observation groupaccording to the random number table, with 30 cases respectively. The control group received general nursing,while the observation group received individualized nursing. The difference of nursing effect between the twogroups was analyzed. Results The VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in thecontrol group 3 days after nursing and 7 days after nursing (P<0.05). The QOL score in the observation group wassignificantly higher than that in the control group after nursing (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction in the observationgroup was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application ofindividualized nursing in the nursing of patients with rheumatism and immunity can improve the sense of pain,improve the living standard, and at the same time obtain the satisfaction evaluation of patients nursing, which isworthy of clinical attention and adoption.
