| 摘要 |
探究针灸康复护理在颈椎病护理中的应用效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院收治的颈椎病患者 84 例，将其按照随机分组法分为对照组（42 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（42 例，使用针灸康复护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用针灸康复护理后，其颈椎功能评分、症状恢复时间、生活质量评分均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在颈椎病患者护理中，采用针灸康复护理能取得较佳的效果，可改善其颈椎功能，缓解其症状，提升其生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect and value of acupuncture rehabilitation nursing incervical spondylosis nursing. Methods 84 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital were randomlydivided into control group (42 cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (42 cases, using acupuncturerehabilitation nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The two groups of patientshave achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation groups cervical function score,symptom recovery time, and quality of life score after using acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation nursingcare are better than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In thenursing of patients with cervical spondylosis, acupuncture rehabilitation nursing can achieve better results, improvetheir cervical function, alleviate their symptoms, and improve their quality of life.
