| 摘要 |
实验将针对肿瘤晚期患者实施安宁疗护，改善患者的身心状态。方法 针对 80 例肿瘤晚期患者为对象，选取时间为 2021 年 1 月截止于 2022 年 9 月，按照随机分组方案，对照组为常规护理，观察组为安宁护理，对比患者的相关指标。结果 从数据可见，观察组在护理后的焦虑状态和抑郁状态均有明显好转，与对照组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。同时，在生活质量评分中观察组高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 采用安宁疗护能够帮助晚期肿瘤患者提高生活质量，缓解不良情绪，具有推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective This experiment will implement hospice care for patients with advanced cancer toimprove their physical and mental state. Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced tumor were selected fromJanuary 2021 to September 2022. According to the randomization scheme, the control group received routine care,and the observation group received hospice care. Results As can be seen from the data, both the anxiety state andthe depression state of the observation group were significantly improved after the care, which was significantlydifferent compared with the control group (P <0.05). Meanwhile, the observed group was higher than the controlgroup, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Hospice care can help patients with advanced cancerimprove the quality of life, relieve bad emotions, and has the value of promotion.
