| 摘要 |
简列数据,以对比分析法为实验原则,深入探讨健康教育在糖尿病护理工作中的应用价值,为医护工作提供数据支持。方法 实验时间选择于 2018 年 6 月----2019 年 6 月期间内进行,以在我院进行治疗的糖尿病患者为研究样本,筛选其中 80 例愿意配合者,结合奇偶数字分组法,将其均分两组,基数组采用常规护理,并为对照组,偶数组实施本文研究目标的健康教育,并为研究组,对比干预后两组数据差异,其包括两组患者的血糖指标情况以及糖尿病知识测试情况,并引用相关软件将数据予以整合、汇总。结果 整体护理效果显现研究组护理结局尤为突出,且可行性显高,各项数据均优于对照组且患者对糖尿病知识测量优良率高达 87.5%,组间数据差异明显化,均达到 P<0.05 统计标准。结论 健康教育在临床的有效实施,其护理价值显现,对糖尿病患者的血糖控制有一定的促进作用,最大限度提升患者对疾病的认知水平,进而改善其生活质量,建议推广运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To summarize the experimental principle of comparative analysis is to explore theapplication value of health education in diabetes care and provide data support for medical care. Methods Theexperiment time was selected in June 2018-June 2019, with my diabetic patients as the study sample, select 80cases willing to cooperate, combined with the parity number grouping method, the base group using routine care,and the control group, even group, including blood glucose index and diabetes knowledge test, and cited therelevant software to integrate and summarize data. Results The overall nursing effect of the research group wasparticularly prominent, and the feasibility was high. The data were better than the control group, and the excellentmeasurement rate of the patients diabetes knowledge was as high as 87.5%. The data differences between thegroups were obvious, all reaching the statistical standard of P <0.05. Conclusion The effective implementation ofhealth education in clinical practice, and its nursing value is obvious, can promote the stable control of blood sugarin diabetic patients, maximize the level of patients cognition of diseases, and improve their quality of life, andsuggest the promotion and application.
