综合护理干预应用在妇科盆腔炎患者中的临床疗效观察

| 摘要 |
分析临床干预女性盆腔炎症状期间，予以综合护理的临床疗效探究。方法 选择我院2020 年 7 月-2021 年 9 月收治的 78 例盆腔炎女性患者，参与临床研究，将其以护理服务，作为分组标准，观察组予以综合护理，对照组予以基础护理，每组 39 例，分析两组生活质量、心理情绪、护理效果等。结果 观察组生活质量较高，显著优于对照组。观察组护理效果为（92.31%）高于对照组（74.36%），观察组 SAS、SDS 评分低于对照组，差异显著，呈 P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 盆腔炎患者应用综合护理干预的效果显著，可提高生活质量水平，改善不良心理状态，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing during clinical interventionof female pelvic inflammatory disease symptoms.Methods 78 female patients with pelvic inflammatory diseasetreated in our hospital from July 2020 to September 2021 were selected to participate in clinical research. Nursingservice was used as the grouping standard. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing, while thecontrol group was given basic nursing, with 39 cases in each group. The quality of life, psychological mood andnursing effect of the two groups were analyzed.Results The quality of life of the observation group is higher thanthat of the control group. The nursing effect of the observation group (92.31%) was higher than that of the controlgroup (74.36%), and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05), which was statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of comprehensivenursing intervention in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease is significant, which can improve the quality oflife and improve the bad psychological state, which is worthy of clinical application.
