改良急诊护理流程对脑梗死患者临床结局的影响分析

| 摘要 |
分析脑梗死用改良急诊护理流程对改善病人临床结局的价值。方法 对 2020 年 11 月-2022年 10 月本科接诊脑梗死病人（n=64）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 32 人，前者采取改良急诊护理流程，后者行常规护理。对比确诊时间等指标。结果 关于接诊时间、住院时间、确诊时间和及时治疗时间，试验组数据分别是（2.29±0.14）min、（12.46±2.57）d、（4.69±0.58）min、（39.28±4.58）min，和对照组数据（3.91±0.46）min、（15.97±2.86）d、（7.53±1.46）min、（71.47±5.93）min 相比更短（P＜0.05）。关于致残率和病死率及梗死再发率，试验组数据分别是 3.13%、0.0%、3.13%，和对照组数据 18.75%、9.38%、21.88%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于护理质量：试验组数据（98.23±0.91）分，和对照组数据（93.21±1.58）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 96.88%，和对照组数据 78.13%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 脑梗死用改良急诊护理流程，病人的临床结局更好，救治效果也更高，家属满意度改善更加明显，护理质量提升更为迅速。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of cerebral infarction in improving the clinical outcome ofpatients. Methods Patients with cerebral infarction (n=64) from November 2020 to October 2022 were randomized,with 32 people each in the trial and control group, the former adopted improved emergency care process and thelatter performed routine care. Compare the time of diagnosis and other indicators. Results For time to reception,hospital stay, time to diagnosis and timely treatment, the trial group data were (2.29±0.14） min, (12.46±2.57) d,(4.69±0.58) min, (39.28±4.58) min, and min (3.91±0.46) min, (15.97±2.86) d, (7.53±1.46) min, (71.47±5.93) m i nwere shorter (P <0.05). For disability and fatality and infarction recurrence, the test group data were 3.13%, 0.0%,3.13%, respectively, and 18.75%, 9.38%, and 21.88% (P <0.05). On the quality of care: the test group data(98.23±0.91) score was higher than the control group data (93.21±1.58) score (P <0.05). Regarding satisfaction, thetest group data was 96.88%, much higher than 78.13% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The improvedemergency care process of cerebral infarction has better clinical outcome, higher treatment effect, betterimprovement in family satisfaction and faster quality of nursing care.
