| 摘要 |
分析基于快速康复外科策略的手术室护理用于老年骨科手术的价值。方法 对 2021 年 1月-2022 年 1 月本院接诊老年骨科手术病人（n=120）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 60 人，前者采取基于快速康复外科策略的手术室护理，后者行常规护理。对比并发症等指标。结果 关于 VAS 评分，术后 48h：试验组数据（3.02±0.57）分，和对照组数据（4.74±0.83）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于并发症，试验组发生率 1.67%，和对照组数据 15.0%相比更低（P＜0.05）。结论 老年骨科手术用基于快速康复外科策略的手术室护理，并发症发生率更低，术后疼痛感减轻也更加明显。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of operating room nursing based on fast track surgery strategy forelderly orthopedic surgery. Methods A total of 120 elderly orthopedic surgery patients (n=120) admitted to ourhospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 patients in each group. The former received operating room nursing based on fast track surgery strategy,while the latter received routine nursing. Complications and other indicators were compared. Results The VASscore of the experimental group was (3.02±0.57), which was lower than that of the control group (4.74±0.83) at 48hours after operation （P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 1.67%, which waslower than that in the control group (15.0%） （P < 0.05). Conclusion The operating room nursing based on fasttrack surgery strategy in elderly orthopedic surgery has lower complication rate and more obvious pain relief.
