| 摘要 |
探究分析合理情绪疗法联合基于循证的预防性护理在化疗联合免疫治疗肿瘤患者中的应用。方法 选取于 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 6 月，至我院接受化疗联合免疫治疗的肿瘤患者共 60 例，作为本次研究对象。将患者随机分为对照组（常规护理）与观察组（合理情绪疗法联合基于循证的预防性护理）。对比两组的护理满意度、心理状态、生活质量以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 对接受化疗联合免疫治疗的肿瘤患者采用合理情绪疗法联合基于循证的预防性护理，能够提升患者的护理满意度以及生活质量；同时能够改善患者心理状态以及不良反应发生率，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the application of rational emotion therapy combined withevidence-based preventive nursing in chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy in tumor patients. Methods Atotal of 60 tumor patients who received chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy in our hospital from January2021 to June 2022 were selected as the objects of this study. Patients were randomly divided into control (usualcare) and observation (rational emotion therapy combined with evidence-based preventive care). Nursingsatisfaction, psychological state, quality of life, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the twogroups. Results The observation group was better than the control group, with a P<0.05. Conclusion The use ofrational emotion therapy combined with evidence-based preventive nursing can improve the nursing satisfactionand quality of life of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy. At the same time, itcan improve the psychological state of patients and the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worth promotingand applying.
