| 摘要 |
探究脑卒中患者延续性护理干预的临床效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院收治的脑卒中患者 82 例，将其按照随机分组法分为对照组（41 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（41 例，使用延续性护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用延续性护理后，其功能评分、生活质量评分、依从性均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在脑卒中患者护理中，采用延续性护理能取得较佳的效果，可改善其神经功能，提升其生活质量，提高其治疗依从性。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of continuous nursing interventionfor stroke patients. Methods 82 stroke patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (41 cases,using routine nursing) and observation group (41 cases, using continuous nursing). The nursing effects of the twogroups were analyzed. Results The two groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care.However, the functional score, quality of life score and compliance of the observation group after continuousnursing care were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of stroke patients, continuous nursing can achieve better results, improve theirneurological function, enhance their quality of life, and improve their treatment compliance.
