| 摘要 |
探究康复护理在脑出血后遗症患者中的临床效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院收治的脑出血后遗症患者患者 72 例，将其按照随机分组法分为对照组（36 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（36 例，使用康复护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用康复护理后，其功能评分、生活质量评分、并发症发生率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在脑出血后遗症患者护理中，采用康复护理能取得较佳的效果，可改善其神经功能，提升其生活质量，减少其并发症的出现。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of rehabilitation nursing in patientswith sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 72 patients with sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage admitted to ourhospital were randomly divided into control group (36 cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (36cases, using rehabilitation nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The two groupsof patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care. However, the functional score, quality of life scoreand complication rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group after using rehabilitationnursing care, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients withsequelae of cerebral hemorrhage, rehabilitation nursing can achieve better results, improve their neurologicalfunction, improve their quality of life, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
