| 摘要 |
探究现代康复疗法在脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者中的临床效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院收治的脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者 68 例，将其按照随机分组法分为对照组（34 例，使用常规治疗）和观察组（34 例，使用现代康复疗法）。对两组的治疗效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受治疗后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用现代康复疗法后，其症状评分、功能评分、STREAM 评分均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者治疗中，采用现代康复疗法能取得较佳的效果，可缓解其症状，提升其神经与肢体功能，提升其康复质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of modern rehabilitation therapy inpatients with limb dysfunction after stroke. Methods 68 patients with post-stroke limb dysfunction admitted to ourhospital were randomly divided into control group (34 cases, using conventional therapy) and observation group(34 cases, using modern rehabilitation therapy). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed. ResultsThe two groups of patients have achieved certain results after receiving treatment, but the symptom score, functionscore and STREAM score of the observation group after using modern rehabilitation therapy are better than thoseof the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patientswith limb dysfunction after stroke, modern rehabilitation therapy can achieve better results, alleviate theirsymptoms, improve their nerve and limb functions, and improve their rehabilitation quality.
