| 摘要 |
本研究对老年 AMI 合并心律失常患者进行早期康复护理干预，评估其应用价值。方法对 2020 年 1 月至 2021 年 1 月我院收治的 100 例 AMI 合并心律失常患者进行观察研究，将这 100 例患者随机分为研究组（n=50）和对照组（n=50）。综合比较分析两组护理前后心功能指标、日常生活活动能力和并发症发生率。结果 护理前两组心功能各项评分和 BI 均无明显差异（P＞0.05），但护理后，两组的HR 和 LVWP 评分均下降，LVEF 和 SV 评分以及 BI 均升高（P＜0.001），此外，研究组的 HR 和 LVWP评分低于对照组（P＜0.001），而 LVEF 和 SV 评分以及 BI 较高（P＜0.01）。此外，研究组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年 AMI 合并心律失常的患者实施早期康复护理，可以显著增强其身体机能和 ADL，并降低并发症的发生率，改善预后。

| Abstract |
Objective To evaluate the application value of early rehabilitation nursing intervention inelderly AMI patients with arrhythmia. Methods 100 AMI patients with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital fromJanuary 2020 to January 2021 were observed and studied. The 100 patients were randomly divided into study group(n=50) and control group (n=50). The indexes of cardiac function, activities of daily living and the incidence ofcomplications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results There was no significantdifference in cardiac function scores and BI between the two groups before nursing (P> 0.05), but after nursing, HRand LVWP scores decreased, LVEF and SV scores and BI increased (P<0.001). In addition, HR and LVWP scoresin the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.001), while LVEF and SV scores and BI werehigher (P<0.01). In addition, the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that inthe control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for elderly AMI patients with arrhythmia cansignificantly enhance their physical function and ADL, reduce the incidence of complications and improve theprognosis.
