| 摘要 |
探析心理护理对腹腔镜子宫内膜癌患者术后不良情绪的影响。方法 选取 2020 年 1 月~2022 年 1 月我院收治的 56 例腹腔镜子宫内膜癌患者，随机分为两组，对照组 28 例实施常规护理，观察组 28 例实施心理护理，比较两组的护理满意度、心理状态、生活质量等。结果 观察组的护理满意度高于对照组，护理实施前，两组的 SDS、SAS、生活质量评分比较均无统计学意义（P>0.05），护理实施后，观察组的 SDS、SAS 评分均低于对照组，生活质量评分均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理的实施能够提高腹腔镜子宫内膜癌患者的护理满意度，改善负面情绪，提高生活质量，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing on the bad mood of patients withendometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery. Methods 56 patients with laparoscopic endometrial carcinomaadmitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups: the controlgroup (28 cases) received routine nursing care, and the observation group (28 cases) received psychological nursingcare. The nursing satisfaction, psychological status, and quality of life of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Before theimplementation of nursing, the scores of SDS, SAS and quality of life in the two groups were not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05). After the implementation of nursing, the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation groupwere lower than those in the control group, and the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the controlgroup, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing canimprove the nursing satisfaction of patients with laparoscopic endometrial cancer, improve their negative emotions,and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
