摘要
分析新冠疫情下护理团队建设中巴林特小组活动的应用效果。方法 选择我院 2 年(2021年 1 月-2022 年 12 月)抗击新冠肺炎病毒疫情一线的护理团队(10 名护理人员)作为研究对象,对其开展巴林特小组活动,观察活动前、中、后一线护理人员不良情绪和反应的改善情况。结果 活动前、中、后一线护理人员 STAT 评分分别为(60.18±2.23)、(45.29±1.17)、(30.15±2.08),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);活动前、中、后一线护理人员 CPSS 评分分别为(36.98±3.34)、(27.48±2.57)、(19.73±2.14),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过开展巴林特小组活动,可有效帮助新冠疫情下护理团队建设,更好的提高医疗护理质量,促进医疗卫生战线的精神建设,临床应用价值确切。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of Balint group activities in the construction ofnursing team under the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods The nursing team (10 nurses) who fought againstCOVID-19 virus in the front line of our hospital for two years (January 2021 December 2022) were selected as theresearch objects, and the Balint group activities were carried out to observe the improvement of the adverseemotions and reactions of the front line nurses before, during and after the activities. Results The STAT scores offront-line nursing staff before, during and after the activity were (60.18 ± 2.23), (45.29 ± 1.17) and (30.15 ± 2.08),respectively, with significant difference between groups (P<0.05); The CPSS scores of front-line nursing staffbefore, during and after the activity were (36.98 ± 3.34), (27.48 ± 2.57) and (19.73 ± 2.14) respectively, withsignificant difference between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The Balint group activities can effectively help theconstruction of the nursing team under the COVID-19 epidemic, better improve the quality of medical care,promote the spiritual construction of the medical and health front, and have definite clinical application value.
