Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on postoperative deep venousthrombosis in patients with gynecological malignant tumor. Methods 100 patients with gynecological malignanttumor who were admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects, andrandomly divided into two groups: the study group and the control group, with 50 patients in each group. Thepatients in the control group received routine nursing care, while the patients in the observation group receivedperioperative nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care, and recorded and compared the scores ofmental state （SAS score, SDS score） and quality of life （mental state, physical function, social function, dailyactivity ability） of the patients in the two groups before and after the intervention, as well as the incidence of deepvein thrombosis of the lower limbs in the perioperative period. Results compared with the control group, the SASscore, SDS score, the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the study group were significantlylower, and the scores of quality of life were significantly higher （P < 0.05）. Conclusion perioperative nursingintervention for patients with gynecological malignant tumor can significantly reduce the risk of postoperative deepvenous thrombosis, improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients, and make them obtain goodrecovery effect, which has important application value.
