| 摘要 |
探讨食管癌术后患者采用肠内营养（EN）治疗对预后的影响。方法 选取 2021 年 3 月至2022 年 3 月我院收治的共计 78 例食管癌患者，分成观察组（n=39）与对照组（n=39），对照组采用肠外营养（PN）治疗，观察组采用 EN 治疗。结果 治疗后两组血红蛋白（Hb）、前白蛋白（PA）、白蛋白（ALB）、总蛋白（TP）水平明显提高（P<0.05），观察组水平较对照组明显更高（P<0.05）；治疗后两组 CD3+、CD4+水平明显提高（P<0.05）；治疗后两组肿瘤病人生活质量（QOL）评分明显提高（P<0.05），观察组评分较对照组明显更高（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率较对照组明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 EN 应用于食管癌术后患者治疗中，可改善其营养状况及免疫功能。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition (EN) on the prognosis of postoperativepatients with esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 78 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospitalfrom March 2021 to March 2022 were divided into the observation group(n=39) and the control group (n=39). Thecontrol group was treated with parenteral nutrition (PN), and the observation group was treated with EN. ResultsAfter treatment, the levels of hemoglobin (Hb), prealbumin (PA), albumin (ALB) and total protein (TP) in the twogroups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the levels in the observation group were significantly higher thanthose in the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the two groups increasedsignificantly (P<0.05); After treatment, the quality of life (QOL) score of tumor patients in the two groups wassignificantly improved (P<0.05), and the score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in thecontrol group （P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than thatin the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion EN can improve the nutritional status and immune function ofpostoperative patients with esophageal cancer.
