| 摘要 |
探讨miR-21在结直肠癌细胞中的表达，为结直肠癌诊疗提供新的治疗靶点。方法 购自结直肠癌细胞株DLD1细胞，通过荧光定量PCR检测检测结直肠癌细胞株中miR-21表达水平，以正常细胞株作为对照，比较不同细胞株中miR-21表达差异，并完成荧光染色。结果 研究组结直肠癌细胞中miRNA-21 mRNA表达水平高于对照组细胞表达水平（P<0.05）；实时荧光PCR结果表明：观察组荧光面积较大，且以红色为主，对照组表达水平较低，红色荧光面积较小。结论 在结直肠癌细胞株中，miR-21为高表达，且与对照细胞株相比存在明显的差异性，有望成为结直肠癌治疗新靶点。

| Abstract |
Objective: To investigate the expression of miR-21 in colorectal cancer cells and provide a new therapeutic target for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods The expression level of miR-21 in DLD1 cells, a colorectal cancer cell line, was detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR. The expression difference of miR-21 in different cell lines was compared with that in normal cell lines, and fluorescence staining was completed. Results The expression level of miRNA-21 mRNA in colorectal cancer cells in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The results of real-time fluorescent PCR showed that the fluorescent area of the observation group was large and mainly red, while the expression level of the control group was low and the red fluorescent area was small. Conclusion In colorectal cancer cell lines, miR-21 is highly expressed and has significant differences compared with the control cell lines, which is expected to become a new therapeutic target for colorectal cancer.
