基层公务员职业发展中工作满意度差异化分析——基于安徽省六县问卷调查的实证研究

摘要
基层公务员是公共政策的执行者,高强度工作压力和不对等外部支持易引发基层公务员消极情绪和工作满意度降低,进而形成行政低效的外部表现。通过对安徽省六县202位基层公务员的问卷调查,分析工作压力、外部支持对工作满意度的影响,利用多元回归模型进行实证分析。研究结果显示,外部支持对工作满意度具有正向调节作用、工作满意度对工作压力具有显著负向调节作用,以此为基础,提出缓解基层公务员行政低效的对策建议。
Abstract
The grass-roots civil servants are the forefront of the implementation of the will of the state, high-intensity work pressure and equal external support can easily lead to negative feelings of civil servants, resulting in a decrease in the job satisfaction of civil servants, and then form an external manifestation of administrative ineptivity. Based on the research on the career satisfaction of civil servants at the grass-roots level, this paper constructs three-dimensional variables of job satisfaction, job pressure and external support. According to 202 valid samples in field research, SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis software was used to empirically analyze multiple regression models. The results show that external support has a positive adjustment effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a significant negative adjustment effect on job stress, and puts forward some suggestions to alleviate the administrative ineulation of civil servants at the grass-roots level.
