Mr. Tao Xingzhi proposed in his thought of creative education that we should believe in the creativity of children, and that everyone is a creative person, without any difference in age and without the difference between stupidity and intelligence. There is no difference in age, no difference in stupidity and no difference in intelligence. The time to create is always the time to create, and it is often at the end of the road that the opportunity to create comes. Therefore, the most important thing educators need is trust, to believe in childrens creative talent, believe in childrens creative passion. [1] In vocational education, most students individual physical and psychological development is not yet perfect, and they have their own strengths and certain differences. In this paper, from the perspective of classroom teachers, we devote ourselves to giving full play to students strengths, concealing their differences, and stimulating their creativity, so that students can fully develop and benefit for life in vocational schools.
