| 摘要 |
区块链技术是种发展快速的新兴技术，最先被使用在比特币的交易数据记录上，具有数据库共享、网络节点无需信任和去中心化等优点，将其运用于电子档案管理中可以提高效率、有利于档案提取和归档，本文基于区块链技术视角，分析了当前电子档案管理方面的研究现状、提出区块链技术应用于档案管理中的优势、以及面临的阻碍，最后提出区块链技术的电子档案管理中的应用对策。

| Abstract |
Blockchain technology is an emerging technology with rapid development. It was first used in Bitcoin transaction data records. It has the advantages of database sharing, network nodes without trust and decentralization. Its application in electronic archives management can improve efficiency and facilitate archives extraction and archiving. Based on the perspective of blockchain technology, this paper analyzes the current research status of electronic archives management This paper puts forward the advantages and obstacles of the application of blockchain technology in archives management, and finally puts forward the application countermeasures of blockchain technology in electronic archives management.
