| 摘要 |
为了进一步推动碳减排目标的实现，我国运用市场机制建设了全国碳排放交易市场。水泥是高耗能高排放的行业，其在生产过程中排放的二氧化碳占据工业部门总排放的三分之一以上，因此该行业被纳入到碳市场的管控范围内。加强对水泥企业的碳资产管理力度，是实现工业碳减排目标的重要途径。本文主要对水泥企业的碳资产管理中存在的困难以及管理路径进行分析，旨在进一步提高水泥企业的碳资产管理能力，助力我国碳达峰、碳中和目标的实现。

| Abstract |
In order to further promote the realization of carbon emission reduction goals, China has built a national carbon emission trading market using market mechanism. Cement is an industry with high energy consumption and high emissions. Its carbon dioxide emissions in the production process account for more than one third of the total emissions of the industrial sector, so the industry is included in the control scope of the carbon market. Strengthening the carbon asset management of cement enterprises is an important way to achieve the goal of industrial carbon emission reduction. This paper mainly analyzes the difficulties and management paths in the carbon asset management of cement enterprises, aiming to further improve the carbon asset management ability of cement enterprises and help China achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization.
