Objective To explore the anesthetic effect of sufentanil and ropivacaine on parturient delivery. Methods: the study period was from February 2021 to July 2022. 60 expectant women from the obstetrics department of our hospital were selected as researchers. They were divided into the study group and the control group with 30 people in each group. The pain value and blood gas analysis results were compared. Results: the VAS score of the study group was always lower than that of the control group, and the BCB score was always higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); 12 hours after the anesthetic took effect, the oxygen partial pressure and oxygenation index of the study group were higher than those of the control group, while the carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); In the study group, the onset time of anesthetic drugs, the operation time, the first, second and third stage of labor were shorter than those in the control group, and the duration of analgesic effect of anesthetic drugs during the operation was longer than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the combined anesthesia of sufentanil and ropivacaine in parturient has quick onset and good efficacy, and the analgesic effect of parturient during operation lasts longer.
