本文通过总结教学课程中遇到的教学问题等,探究培养应用型食品专业人才的专业课授课方法。以“食品营养学”为例,从课程内容、教学方法、课程考核等方面进行了探讨,并提出一些建议。

By summarizing the teaching problems encountered in the teaching course, this paper explores the teaching methods of training applied food professionals. Taking "food nutrition" as an example, this paper discusses the course content, teaching method and course assessment, and puts forward some suggestions.
