摘要
探析全程健康教育模式在慢性阻塞肺疾病(COPD)护理干预中的应用价值。方法 于我院就诊的 COPD 患者中择选 121 例,时间:2021 年 3 月~2022 年 3 月,以干预不同手段为依据将 121 例患者分为两组,对照组 61 例开展常规干预,观察组 61 例在其基础上加全程健康教育模式,分析组间干预效用。结果 干预后,组间 GQOL-74 评分、自我管理能力、疾病感知控制情况、家属参与度、患者依从性对比,观察组数据较对照组优(P<0.05)。结论 COPD 患者行全程健康教育模式,取得了确切效用,可推行。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of the whole process health education model in thenursing intervention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 121 patients with COPD wereselected from our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022. 121 patients were divided into two groups according todifferent means of intervention. 61 patients in the control group were given routine intervention, and 61 patients inthe observation group were given full course health education on the basis of it to analyze the effectiveness ofintervention between groups. Results After intervention, GQOL-74 score, self-management ability, diseaseperception and control, family participation, patient compliance were compared among the groups. The data of theobservation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The model of whole coursehealth education for patients with COPD has achieved definite effect and can be carried out.
